Invite your whole staff — front desk, housekeeping, and seasonal help — without counting seats. Plans are per property and sized by one number you already know: your sellable lodging units — every room, cabin, cottage, or suite that can be sold for a night. $249 a month covers a property with up to 25 units, $499 covers up to 100, and larger properties get a Custom quote. At launch, activation and plan changes are handled with our Support team, so your unit count is right from day one.

Email: $1 per additional 1,000 recipients.
Generated documents: $0.01 per additional document.
File storage: $0.25 per additional GB each month.
Supporting records: $5 per 100,000 additional active supporting records each month. These are items such as invoices, registrations, or tasks—not the people or other primary records used to choose your plan.
Text messages: $0.02 per message segment. Dedicated phone numbers are priced separately, and spending limits keep costs under control.
AI: Included or trial credit varies by plan. Additional use requires prepaid credit and a spending limit; contact us for availability.

What happens when we grow?

You move to the next plan on this page

Add a wing, a cabin, or a busy season of bookings and nothing changes until your sellable unit count passes your plan. When it does, Support moves you to the next plan with you on the call — at launch every per-property activation and plan change is Support-led, so there are no surprise jumps.

Do you take a cut of our payments?

0% for tax-exempt organizations

Verified tax-exempt organizations on a paid plan pay no platform fee on payments, ever — and donors are never asked to tip. Other organizations pay 1% on paid plans (2% on Free) on top of standard processor rates.
