Neither, on purpose. Simply Lodging is not a channel manager or an OTA connection, it does not do dynamic pricing, and it is not a night-audit accounting system. Keep the tool that syncs your OTA calendars — Simply Lodging runs everything around the stay: guests, conflict-checked reservations, housekeeping, follow-up, payments, and your website, in one system.
MixWe also host weddings and events — which product should we buy?
Simply Lodging is the focused product for properties primarily managing lodging. If you also run private events, a wedding barn, a restaurant, or in-house catering, the mixed operation belongs on our sibling Simply Hospitality — stays, events, and catering on one system, same platform underneath, so your data never starts over.
PricingWhat does it actually cost?
$249 a month per property covers up to 25 sellable lodging units; $499 covers up to 100; above that is Custom. Billing is monthly with no trial — at launch every per-property activation or plan change is handled with our Support team — and unlimited staff and your first published website are included.
GuestsDo guests need accounts?
No. Stay inquiries, guest updates, and group requests work through public forms — no passwords in the way, and every submission lands on the right record.
MoneyHow do deposits and stay balances work?
Deposits and scheduled payments attach to each reservation with visible status. Paid plans add a 1% platform fee on top of the processor’s own rates (0% for verified nonprofits) — every platform rate is on the pricing page. Simply Lodging is not a front-desk card-on-file terminal; payments run through your payment processor.
TeamCan housekeeping use it too?
Yes — unlimited users on every plan. The front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and owners each get access scoped to their role, and turnover tasks land on the same list everyone reads.
SupportWho builds and supports Simply Lodging?
Simply Lodging is built and supported by the Simply360 team on the Simply360 platform — the same people who do the data conversions and setup, not a reseller.
AIDo we have to use the AI?
No — every AI feature in Simply Lodging is optional and off until you turn it on. If you do use it, your team approves anything it proposes and still takes the conversations that matter with guests. The pricing page discloses published AI add-ons and the current usage policy; any additional prepaid AI pack price is shown before purchase. The Optional AI page explains how it works.
